EkaDesk is a product of EKAPASS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("EkaPass", "we"), an Indian company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. CIN: U79900KA2026PTC221328.

This website

This website does not ask you for personal information and sets no marketing or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to serve and protect the site.

The EkaDesk service

Organisations use EkaDesk to run their office. On their behalf, EkaDesk processes information such as members' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and membership and payment records. The organisation decides what is collected and why; we process it for them, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Each organisation keeps its own membership records under its own policy.

Messages

EkaDesk sends transactional messages, such as sign-in codes and membership and payment updates, by WhatsApp, SMS and email, only in connection with actions you or your organisation start. We do not send marketing messages without consent. Reply STOP on WhatsApp to opt out.

Your rights and contact

You may write to us about any privacy question, or to ask for access to or deletion of your personal data, at [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You can also ask your organisation's office.

Deleting your sign-in data

To have your sign-in details deleted, email [email protected] from the address you use, or tell your organisation's office. We delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.

Changes

We post any update to this policy on this page with a new date.
